1. Prepare documents based on the type of visa you are applying for. Please follow the "Step By Step Guidance" or " Visa Knowledge" for the documents' checklist.

2. Fill out the application form online, print it out and sign on the confirmation page as well as on the 8th page.

3. Please in person to submit your application with the application form and other required documents from 09:15 to 13:30 on weekdays, and retain ten fingerprints (please click here for more information).

4. Collect your passport according to the time you are informed (from 10:00 to 13:00 on weekdays) and pay by card only.

Please note:

1. The Chinese visa is typically valid for three months. It is advisable that you apply for a visa six weeks before your intended date of entry into China but not earlier than three months. 

2. Please note that the online application form will no longer be valid or retrievable after 3 months from the date when you submit the form. Please ensure that you book an appointment and submit your visa application within 3 months of filling in your online application form.

3. The visa application form cannot be changed manually. Please make sure all the information on the form is correct. Any mistakes or incomplete application materials will make your submission unsuccessfully on the day.  

4. Postal service is not available at the moment. (QLD residents who are eligible for exemption from fingerprint requirements, please email the completed visa application form to bnecenter@visaforchina.org for inquiries)
