How do I collect my passport?

Applicant can opt for Courier service or Counter collection.

For courier service collection:

Applicants can provide courier details at the time of submission and need to pay courier service fees. It is more convenient option as the passport will be couriered at your doorstep.

For Counter collection:

Collection Timings

Monday to Friday (Except Holiday): -2.00 to 5.00 pm

For passport collection applicant should get

• ·        The original pick-up form and payment notice given at the counters at the time of submission.
• ·        A government photo ID proof original and photocopy.

Applicants sending representative for collections should send.

• ·        The original pick-up form and payment notice given at the counters at the time of submission.
• ·        Original typed authority letter mentioning the applicant’s name and passport number, the representative’s name and government ID number of the representative and applicant’s signature in original (Scan copy of the authority letter will not be accepted).
• ·        Representatives’ government ID proof original and photocopy.

Travels agents are required to get a typed authority letter on their Travel Agency letter head where in all the names and passport numbers need to be typed. In case applicant has submitted the application, applicant’s authority letter is required along with Travel Agency’s authority letter.

No handwritten names and passport number will be entertained.
