Chinese Visa Application Service Center Bern is looking for full-time employees. Here we provide service for applicants who demand visa to enter China.

·        Requirement:
·        University Degree

·         Language: Chinese + German or French (For non-Chinese Natives, proficiency in speaking in Chinese is sufficent )

·         Knowledge about Microsoft office softwares

·         Ability to provide good service within a team, responsible, and strong communication skill

·         Legal residency in Switzerland that allows full-day job

·         No criminal record or other disturbing factors that may affect daily work

·         Good health condition

 

·        Documents required

·         Resume (Chinese/German/French/English)

·         Swiss resident permit

·         Photocopy of diploma

·         Recent identity photo in color

Recuitement procedure

·         After preliminary review, qualified candidates will be called upon for an interview (no feedback if not selected). After the interview there will be an exam, candidate does not show up on time is considered non-qualified.

 

·         Exam includes interview, written and informatic exam.

 

·         Selected candidates shall start with a 3-months probation with contract. Afterwards the Visa Center will provide local contract accordingly. Salary will be paid monthly according to local social secuity.
