Basic requirement 基本要求
• Chinese version with correct Chinese grammar 符合中文语法的中文版本
• Hand-sealed company official stamp 亲手盖的公司公章
• Hand-signed signature (the signer’s position should be at least a department manager)
• The signature should be in Chinese characters unless the signer is a foreigner.
邀请人亲笔签名（签名人的职务应为部门经理及以上职务），除非邀请人是外
国人，签名应为中文签名
• Clear A4-sized scanned version/fax version/ photocopy 清晰的 A4 大小扫描件/传真
件/复印件
Inviting information 邀请方信息
• The Addressee MUST be "Embassy of The People's Republic of China in Romania"
（中华人民共和国驻罗马尼亚大使馆）
• Inviting company’s information: name, address, contact number, etc. (it should be a
company in Mainland China): 邀请公司信息：名称，地址，联系方式等（邀请公司须为
中国大陆公司）
• Brief introduction of Chinese inviting company 邀请公司简要介绍
• Name of signer 签名人姓名
• Position of signer (legal representative or at least department manager): 签名人职务
（公司法人或部门经理及以上职务）
Invitee's information 被邀请人信息
Invitee’s personal information: name, gender, date of birth, passport number etc.; (it
should match the information on the passport)
被邀请人个人信息：姓名、性别、出生日期、护照号等（需与护照信息一致）Visit
information 访问信息
• Visit purpose (if it is a business visit, it cannot be just written as “business trip/
purpose”, but the specific purpose must be stated）
访问目的（如果是商务目的，不可只写“商务访问/目的”，需写明具体目的。
• Arrival date 抵达日期
• Departure date 离开日期
• Place of visit 访问地点
• Relationship between invite company and invitee 邀请公司与被邀请人的关系
• Means of support 费用来源
*(1) The consular officer from the Chinese Embassy may require the applicant to
submit the original of the invitation letter.
使馆领事官员可以要求申请人提供邀请函原件。
*(2) If necessary, the consular officer from the Chinese Embassy may require the
applicant to provide other proof documents or supplementary materials, or require an
interview with the applicant.
必要时，使馆领事官员可根据情况要求申请人提供其他证明文件或补充材料，或
要求申请人接受面谈。
*(3) The consular officer from the Chinese Embassy will decide on whether or not to
issue the visa and on its validity, duration of stay and number of entries in light of specific
conditions of the applicant.
使馆领事官员根据申请人的具体情况决定是否颁发签证及签证的有效期、停留期
限和入境次数。
