Notice on Online Application Form Filling and Online Appointment
To provide more quality services to applicants and facilitate the submission of visa applications, starting from 1st July 2018, the Chinese Visa Application Center will launch the new version of the website where Online Appointment and Online Form Filling services will be added.
The applicant who submit their Chinese visa applications to the Chinese Visa Application Center must complete the visa application form online and book appointment through the "Online Form Filling" and "Online Appointment" module at the new website in advance. After completing the online application form, the applicant should print out the Chinese visa application form from the website, sign it and bring it together with other related visa application materials to the Chinese Visa Application Center at the scheduled appointment time to submit their application.
Starting from 1st August 2018, Chinese Visa Center will officially launch application services by pre-booked appointment and online filled application forms only. Handwritten forms will no longer be accepted. Please come to our center at the exact date and time according to your appointment.
We only accept limited number of appointments, so please arrange your visit accordingly if you plan to visit our center on/after 1st August, 2018.
