Notice on the Extension of Visa-Free Policy

To keep on facilitating cross-border travel, China has decided to extend visa-free policy to Romania and 44 other countries to 24:00 December 31, 2026. Nationals holding valid ordinary passports of Romania are exempted from visa requirement if entering China for the purpose of business, tourism, family or friends visits, exchange and transit. They can stay in China for no more than 30 days without a visa.
