In order to further facilitate visa applicants, from now until December 31, 2026, Chinese visa authorities abroad will exempt all short-term visa applicants with a stay period of less than 180 days from fingerprints collection.

Please notice that: For D, J1, Q1, S1, X1 and Z visa applicants who need to apply for residence documents after entry, fingerprints are still collected according to regulations.
