1. All applicants are required to make online appointment before submitting applications to the visa center in person;

2. All applicants are required to make the payment of all fees when submitting their applications, service fees will not be refunded should the visa application be declined, refused or in any way changed by the Chinese Embassy or Consulates;

3. All inbound postal service will be suspended until further notice. The visa center still have outbound postal service, which means applicants can have their visas sent back by post.
