Notice about Legalization

Notice for Legalization at the Visa Application Centre in Kinshasa from the June 20th 2021

From the June 20th 2021, the consular legalization applications of Chinese & non-Chinese nationals residing in the consular district of the Chinese Embassy in DRC should be submitted to the Chinese Visa Application Service Centers in Kinshasa (hereinafter referred as 'Visa Application Center’). Consular legalization applications filed by Chinese nationals can be submitted either directly to the Chinese Embassy in DR Congo, or to the Visa Application Center which charges a service fee in addition to the legalization fee.

Wednesdays (excluding public holidays) : 8:00 – 13:00

Collection

•  Regular Service

Wednesdays (excluding public holidays): 8:00 – 15:30

• Express Service

Fridays (excluding public holidays): 8:00 – 15:30

3．Processing time

Regular application service: The processing time is usually 5 working days.

Express application service: The processing time is usually 2 working days.
