③ Original copy of the proof of kinship between the applicant and the inviter (such as proof of family relationship, proof of marriage relationship, marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc.)

①Foreign family members of Chinese citizens;

②Foreign family members of foreigners with permanent residency status in China.

①Invitation letter issued by Chinese citizens living in China or foreigners with Chinese permanent residence qualifications;

② Chinese identity certificate of the inviter (such as Chinese ID card, household registration book, etc.), or foreigner's passport and Chinese permanent residence permit;

③ Original copy of the proof of kinship between the applicant and the inviter (such as marriage certificate, birth certificate, proof of kinship issued by the police station or notary of kinship, etc.)

Guarantee letter issued by foreign transportation company or invitation letter issued by relevant units in China

To apply for an emergency humanitarian visa, if you go to China for a funeral or to visit a critically ill patient, you must submit the identity document of the deceased or critically ill patient, a death certificate or a notice of critical illness issued by the hospital, and a certificate of kinship (limited to: spouse, parents, parents of spouse, children , children's spouse, siblings, grandparents, grandparents, grandchildren, grandchildren) original documents.
