Notice on Visa Policy Ajustement to go to China

 

In order to further facilitate the exchange of personnel between China and foreign countries, from March 15, 2023, the visa policy for going to China will adjust as follows:

1. Holders of valid Chinese visas, including those issued before March 28, 2020, may enter China.

2. All types of visas to go to China can be requested. For more details, please consult the Chinese Visa Center in Kinshasa (website: www.visaforchina.org, phone: +243 829783977).

3. Chinese competent bodies issue all types of port visas for legal reasons.

4. The following visa waiver policies are reinstated:

(1) Visit to Hainan Island;

(2) Arrival by cruise ship to Shanghai ports;

(3) Visit to Guangdong province for foreigners group from Hongkong and Macau;

(4) Visit to Guilin from Guangxi Autonomous Region for tour groups from ASEAN countries.
