Notice on the cancellation of online appointment reservations for visa applications to go to China

From December 18, 2023, the Chinese Embassy in the DRC will cancel online appointment reservations for applying for visas to go to China. Applicants can go directly to the Chinese Visa Center to submit visa application documents. The procedures are as follows:

1. Complete the visa application form on the Chinese Visa Center website (www.visaforchina.org), download it, print it and sign.

2. Go in person to the Chinese Visa Center to submit the relevant documents.

Drop-off time: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Monday to Friday

Pick-up time: 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday
