Applicants who need to entrust an agency to handle their visa application must be sure to choose an agency that operates legally, fully qualified, a good reputation, and charges reasonable fees. Do not easily believe false advertising by "claiming employees of the Center" to avoid delays and losses due to false materials or false information.

1, All visa applications must be processed online through Our Center’s website. Only after the online review is approved can proceed to Our Center to submit their documents within 30 days (weekdays 9:00 to 15:00). In order to ensure the service experience of applicants and maintain a good order, our center will take necessary flow control measures at the new location, including:
1) Checking the original passport of the applicant. Those without it will not be allowed to enter the hall;
2) Checking the employer's Hong Kong ID. Only one employer can accompany the domestic helper into the hall;
3) Checking the original pick-up form. Only one person can enter the hall to collect the passport.
