1. First, log in to your account and go to the online application order page.

2. On the order page, find the application you need to cancel. First, make sure the application status is "Under review", then click the "View" button.

3. After entering the application details page, click the "Cancel application" button.

4. In the pop-up dialog box, fill in the cancellation reason and click the "Confirm" button.

5. Confirm that the status changes to "Cancellation request submitted" and wait patiently for the processing result.

6. If the status changes to "已取消", it indicates that the application has been successfully cancelled.
