Chapter 1: M Visa

I. FAKE documents of Invitation Letter (TE)、Verification Letter and Ordinary Invitation Letter， the last one of which is supposed to be given by the Chinese inviting company. The authenticity of the above three documents can be easily verified through effective means.

II. Deficiencies in Ordinary Invitation Letter. Ordinary Invitation Letter should contain the following elements:

(1) Personal information of the invitee: name, gender, date of birth, passport number, etc.

(2) Information about the business trip: purpose to visit China, arrival and departure dates, places to visit, relationship to the Chinese inviting company, source of trip expenses, etc.

(3) Information of the inviting company: full and accurate name of the company, contact number, location address, company’s formal and legal seal, signature of the legal representative of the company, signing date, etc.

The stamp of the inviting organization/entity in China should be the formal and certified stamp. The State Council of China stipulates that the seals of Chinese administrative agencies, enterprises/companies, institutions, and social groups must be circular, and forging seals or using forged seals is unlawful. The stamp on the invitation letter can be the official seal of the organization/entity registered in the local public security authority in China, or it can be the special seal used only for handling matters related to foreign affairs, such as inviting foreigners to China, passport and visa matters, etc. The latter special seal is different from the official seal both in name and shape, and can only be used with approval of the organization/entity’s leader in China according to Chinese laws and regulations. The most common Chinese company seal sample is provided as follows:  

III. The non-criminal record certificate (Police Character Certificate), can’t display the content of the certificate, or display another person’s certificate by scanning the QR code.

SUGGESTION: Scan the QR code yourself for verification before submitting the application.

IV. FAKE document of proof of financial resources. Please provide valid and true proof of financial resource. The standard of proof of financial resources is to multiply the number of days of your duration of stay in China by US$100 per day.

V. Wrong information in Chinese Visa Application Form. For instance, name of the inviting company in China is different from its business licence. Filling in the contact person as the inviter who should be the inviting company in China. Contact number of the inviting company in China is invalid. The visa applicant’s name, passport number, date of birth and other important information is different from the applicant’s passport information page. The applicant doesn’t leave his/her own cellphone. The digital ID photo of the applicant is too blurry to verify his/her identity.

Chapter 2: F Visa

Reasons for returned F visa cases is basically the same as in M visa.

Chapter 3: X Visa

I. Form JW201 or Form JW202 has been artificially altered.

II. The non-criminal record certificate (Police Character Certificate), can’t display the content of the certificate, or display another person’s certificate by scanning the QR code.

SUGGESTION: Scan the QR code yourself for verification before submitting the application.

III. The applicant ID photo on the visa application form is blurry and unqualified, leading to the failure of the applicant identity verification.

IV. The financial funding on Form JW201 and Form JW202 is ticked "self-funded", but the applicant does not provide proof of financial resources. If ticked "scholarship", the applicant does not need to provide proof of financial resources. If the applicant does get a scholarship by the Chinese school, but the financial funding on Form JW201 and Form JW202 is ticked "self-funded", please contact the school to change it, otherwise you need to provide proof of financial resources.

V. Fake file of proof of financial resources. Please provide true proof of financial resources. The standard is US$2,500 per academic year. Please calculate the total amount of money based on your study time in the school and provide corresponding proof of financial resources.

Chapter 4: Q/S Visa

I. Failure to provide original marriage certificate, birth certificate, family registration certificate.

II. The non-criminal record certificate (Police Character Certificate), can’t display the content of the certificate, or display another person’s certificate by scanning the QR code.

SUGGESTION: Scan the QR code yourself for verification before submitting the application.

III. The relationship of the inviting person and the invited person as relatives is too distant, and has already exceeded the applicable scope of this type of visa.

IV. The purpose of traveling to China is for medical treatment, but unable to provide the evidence of financial support, which should be at least 10,000 US dollars.

V. The authenticity of the documents submitted by the applicant is questionable and internally inconsistent. 

VI. Any other circumstances that do not comply with marriage-related laws and regulations of China and Pakistan.
