Job Description
Job Responsibilities:-
* Provides customer service to the customers by answering queries and Providing application assistance.
* Handles day to day operations, such as checking applications, verifying information, data entry, data verification, and tracking of applications as well as relevant administration processes.
* Responsible for the safe-keeping of customers’ documents and maintain confidentiality of customers’ information.
* Resolves customers’ issues by identifying the problems and take remedial actions after consultation with superior-in-charge.
Job Requirements:-
* Minimum SPM holder, preferably a Diploma or Degree Graduate in any discipline.
* Good conduct, responsible and ethical.

*检查及验证中国签证的申请;
* 收取签证费用及发护照;
* 安全保存已受理的护照;
岗位要求:
* 申请者必须具有至少马来西亚教育文凭/“O”级文凭,高中/马来西亚高级教育文凭/“A”级文凭/大学预备班文凭,任何科系的文凭,高级文凭/研究生文凭,学士学位或同等学历;
* 要求语言:流利使用马来语,英语和华语书写及对话;
* 鼓励应届毕业生申请;
