Passengers from Angola to China

1. All passengers traveling from Angola to China must take the Covid-19 RT-PCR test only once within 48 hours before boarding the direct flight to China, in Angola or in the country of stopover. And they only need to apply the health code with the negative test result certificate at the Chinese Embassy in Angola (in the case of the test carried out in Angola) or at the Chinese diplomatic missions in another country where they will take the test. Health code is valid for 48 hours from the time of sample collection for the Covid-19 RT-PCR test (website for applying the health code: http://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov. cn/H5/ )

 

Attention: If the passenger decides to take the test in Angola, he must ensure that the health code is still valid when boarding the direct flight to China. If the health code becomes invalid before boarding the direct flight to China, the passenger has to take the Covid-19 RT-PCR test again and apply the health code again at the Chinese diplomatic missions in that country.

All passengers who are going to make a stopover in another country must consult the respective Chinese diplomatic missions accredited there for their updated requirements in advance.

 

Example: If the right flight boarding is at 6 pm on November 20 in Dubai, the Covid-19 RT-PCR test sample collection must be performed after 6 pm on November 18 in Angola or Dubai . If the test is carried out in Angola, the passenger will apply the health code to the Chinese Embassy in Angola. If the test is carried out in Dubai, the passenger will apply the health code to the Consulate General of China in Dubai.

2. For passengers who will apply the health code to the Chinese Embassy in Angola, soon after obtaining the negative test result, the submission of the following documents on the aforementioned website is required:

(1) Certificate of negative RT-PCR test result taken in Angola within 48 hours before boarding the direct flight to China

(2) Passport personal identity page

(3) Page of valid China visa or valid China residence permit

(4) Air ticket or itinerary from Angola to China

3. The Chinese embassy in Angola will provide feedback within 24 hours after application. To check the feedback, the passenger must click View and show your health declaration form on the aforementioned website and will find the status of the code.

(1) Passenger needs to wait patiently for the feedback when the code is orange.

(2) The passenger needs to apply again as per the feedback shown on this website when the code is red.

(3) The passenger needs to take a screenshot when the code is green, which means application success.

4. Bearing in mind that the Covid-19 pandemic is still spreading, this Embassy suggests that passengers strictly comply with the requirements for applying the code and take good measures to prevent contagion throughout the trip.

5. The aforementioned requirements come into force from the 13th of November of the current year. If there is any divergence between the aforementioned requirements and the previous explanation, the aforementioned requirements will prevail.
