Notice regarding London Chinese Visa Application Service Centre VIP service


VIP service was provided in the London Chinese Visa Application Service Centre (hereinafter referred to as the “Visa Centre”) since 02/01/2020, with the service aimed at finishing the whole application process (from checking in to completing payment) in one go with one visa specialist in the VIP room. The specific requirements and procedures are as follows:
1.After finishing the online application form, the applicant must send an email to the “Visa Centre” to confirm the VIP service time, with the specific submitting date and time to follow the email confirmation from the “Visa Centre”.
2.For the VIP service, the applicant must contact the “Visa Centre” at least 3 working days in advance via email ukvip@visaforchina.org to provide details on the full name of the applicant, passport number, phone number,application form number as well as the intended submitting date and time. 
3.The “Visa Centre” will respond with a confirmation email. However, we do not guarantee all applicants will get the VIP service.
4.The applicant can submit the application on the day with the confirmation email from the “Visa Centre” and a visa specialist will be arranged to process the visa application.
5.Normal service will take 5working days including submission day, express level 2 will take 4 working days including submission day, express level 1 will take 3and a half working days including submission day, if the applicant has sufficient documents. The visa specialist will assist with the supporting documents if they are not sufficient, and the collection date will be postponed.
6.If the applicant did not receive the confirmation email from the “Visa Centre” or come to the “Visa Centre” without the VIP service confirmation email, the “Visa Centre” will not be able to provide the VIP service.  For information regarding the fee charge and details ofthe VIP service, please send an email to ukvip@visaforchina.org
7.The Visa Centre reserves the right of final interpretation of the above contents.
