Service Description

If you pick up the documents in person at the center, the price is MXN 2,000 per person.

Form Filling

Service Description

Professional staff will complete the application form on your behalf.  

Service Features:Higher accuracy in form completion, more precise documentation, and earlier entry into the review process.  

Service Process

- Call the consultation hotline or request the service on-site.  

- Answer questions from the center staff and provide the required application documents accordingly.  

- The center staff will complete the ‘Visa Application Form’ for you.  

- Wait for notification from the staff. After passing the online review, bring your passport and visa photos to the center to submit the documents and pay.

Saturday & Holiday

If applicants need to submit or collect their passports on a Saturday or during a Chinese public holiday, please make a reservation with the center at least 3 business days in advance. Center staff will assist you individually.

Expedited Review

If applicants have an urgent need, please provide the center with your itinerary or flight ticket. The center will prioritize your application for review.

Extended Hours

Service Description
If our business hours do not fit your schedule, you may make a reservation at least 1 business day in advance. The center will open 30 minutes earlier or extend closing time by 1 hour to accommodate you.
Service Procedure
- Contact the center by phone or email as early as possible;  
- Inform the center staff of your expected arrival time;  
- Pay the applicable fee upon arrival at the agreed time. 

Passport Service

Service Description
If you urgently need your passport but do not wish to suspend the Chinese visa application process, you may temporarily retrieve your passport while the visa application continues. Alternatively, if you are in Mexico City and wish to apply for a Chinese visa but have not yet reached the passport submission stage, you may leave your passport with the center for safekeeping to avoid an extra trip.  
Service Procedure
- Go directly to the center's counter and inform the staff of your service needs;  
- Applicants picking up their passport early have to return the original Pickup From; applicants submitting their passport early need to sign a document.

TIJ-MEX Service

Service Description
Applicants who submitted their applications at the Tijuana Center are allowed to submit their passports and collect their visas at the Mexico City Center.  
Service Procedure
- Applicants from the Tijuana Center can go directly to the counter at the Mexico City Center and state their needs upon submission;  
- If applicants from the Tijuana Center need to collect their visas at the Mexico City Center, they may inform the Tijuana Center staff at the time of submission, or confirm with the Mexico City Center staff by phone or email one week prior to the collection date. 

Two-Way Mailing

Service Description
After the application has passed the online review, applicants may mail their passports to the center. Once the visa is approved, the center will return the passports by mail to the address provided by the applicant.

One-Way Mailing

Service Description

Applicants do not need to return to the center to collect their passports; the passport will be mailed back by the center.  

Service Process

- When submitting the passport at the visa application center after passing the online review, inform the counter staff that you require the mailing service.  

- Complete the ‘Mailing Information Registration Form’ and pay the fee.  

- After the visa is approved, the center will mail the passport with the visa affixed to the address provided in the Mailing Information Registration Form.

VIP Room

Access to an exclusive VIP queue without waiting in the center.  

Service Process

- Call the consultation hotline or inform the front desk staff of your service request.  

- Be escorted by staff to the VIP lounge for waiting.  

- Receive assistance from dedicated personnel for document submission and priority fee payment.

Printing / Copying

5 MXN per single-sided page

Service Process

- Inform the counter staff of your service request and provide screenshots or other materials.  

- Staff will assist with printing and photocopying.  

- Complete the payment on-site after the service is finished.
