Notice regarding the application for health code for passengers traveling to China

In order to prevent the international spread of the New Coronavirus and to ensure the safety of passengers traveling to China, according to the arrangements of the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Milan, the foreign passengers should follow the following procedure related to the negativity tests to be made before boarding from Italy to China:
Foreign passengers departing from Italy to China must apply for the health code, a green QR code with the mark “HDC”. To apply for HDC, you need to go to the website https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/ with your smartphone or computer, fill the fields online, declare your health status and upload the required documents.
Chinese nationality citizens must declare the state of health and upload the documents through the Mini-Program on WeChat “international version of the health code for epidemic prevention”. If due to connection problems it is not possible to upload the required documents, please send the relevant documents by email to the address indicated in the Mini-Program. After checking the documents, the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Milan will send the green health code with the mark “HS”.
In light of the serious global epidemic situation and the contagion risks associated with international passenger traffic, we recommend to travel only if strictly necessary. Please carefully observe the relevant prevention rules and provide valid and authentic documents and reports, in order not to run into the legal consequences deriving from any falsification.
