From today, the day of notification, applicants in Germany ( activity in areas such as, economics and trade,
Education, science and technology, sports and culture in China ) intend to apply for a business visa (M) or academic exchange visa (F), without having to present the invitation letter (PU) previously required by relevant Chinese authorities.
The applicants who are resuming employment in China and have valid work permits such as Foreigner's Work Permit or Notification Letter of Foreigner's Work Permit.
The family members of the above (including foreigners already working in China) can also apply for a family reunification visa or a visitor visa with a certificate of kinship. The family members category refers to spouses, parents, children under the age of 18 and parents-in-law.
The applicants who are relatives of Chinese citizens or relatives of permanent resident foreigners in China and can provide a certificate of kinship and other necessary documents for a visit visa or family reunification visa. In this case, the family members category includes spouses, parents, parents-in-law, children, children's spouses, siblings, grandparents and grandchildren.
All of the above applicants are required to be vaccinated with an anti-Covid vaccine approved by China or WHO before entering the country.
