To all the Chinese Visa applicants and agencies:
In accordance with the Italian laws regarding the Privacy, starting from 1st September 2016 the Chinese Visa Application Service Centers in Rome will request the consensus regarding the “Information to Data Subjects pursuant to art. 13 of Privacy Code” (Italian version).
When submitting the visa application, every Chinese visa applier will have to submit not only the application form but also the Information to Data Subjects pursuant to art. 13 of Privacy Code which has been previously read and downloaded from our website. We thank you for your cooperation.
The Chinese Visa Application Service Center accepts the consensus signed in original (Italian version only). The English and the Chinese versions can be used for consultation only.
