Notice about the visa to Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR of China

In order to ensure high quality visa processing service for applicants. As of May 1st, 2019, all applicants holding ordinary passports for visa to Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR of China are kindly requested to apply at the Chinese Visa Application Service Center.

Application/Payment:9:00 AM-15:00 PM

Collection:9:00 AM-16:00 PM

Service fee of Chinese visa Application Service Center: The center will charge visa fees on behalf of the Chinese Embassy. Additionally, the center will charge the service fees, the more information please check with our website.

Processing time:regular processing (4-6weeks).Please ntoe if necessary, the processing time can be longer than normal.


Notice

1.Applicants who apply for visas for Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR of China, are not required to fill the online application forms, pre-book application application forms, pre-book appointment time slots or have their biometrics information collected.

2.The Visa Application Center is not involved in the visa approval process.

3.Holders of diplomatic or service passports, or those applying for diplomatic, courtesy, service visa or for Hong Kong/Macao visas/entry-permits are requested to apply directly at the Consular office of the Chinese Embassy as usual. (Address: Djurgårdsbrunnsvägen 40, 115 27 Stockholm; Opening Hours: Monday-Friday 08:30-11:30,Except for notified holidays)


4.All applicants holding ordinary passports can apply for a visa through Chinese Visa application center or the Immigration Department of the Government of the HK SAR before the trip.


5.For more information on “visa” and “Entry Permit” Exemption, you may refer to the “Visit Visa/Entry Permit Requirenments for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region”.
