1、Only applicants who are exempt from fingerprint collection may select this service. The exemption conditions are:

1)Fingerprint collection is exempted for all short-term visa applicants (staying for no longer than 180 days) at the Chinese visa authorities in Sweden.

     Fingerprint collection will still be required, in accordance with relevant regulations, for applicants of D, J1, Q1, S1, X1 and Z visas, which require the application for residence permits after entering China

2)Applicants under the age of 14 or over the age of 70;

3)Applicants with ten fingers missing or whose fingerprints cannot be collected due to unclear patterns;

2Applicants should first contact our Center by telephone (0812201166) or email (sthlm@visaforchina.se) to confirm eligibility for the Two-Way Postal Service, in order to avoid any delay in travel.

3Upon confirmation, our Center will send the applicant the Two-Way Postal Service Declaration and the bank account details by email.

4Applicants shall send the original passport, Visa Application Receipt, one recent photograph (requirements available on our website), and the signed Two-Way Postal Service Declaration to our Center by registered mail. Ordinary mail is not recommended, as lost passports cannot be traced.

5Applicants must transfer the service fee to our Center’s bank account at the same time as mailing the passport.

6Upon receipt of the passport and payment, our Center will process the application and return the passport within the specified time according to the service type chosen (only within Sweden). Applicants will receive an SMS notification once the passport has been dispatched.

Reminder:
When completing the Two-Way Postal Service Declaration, please ensure that all information is accurate, especially the delivery address, to avoid loss of documents due to incorrect details.
