Notice on the resumption of activities of the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in Strasbourg

To further facilitate human mobility between China and France and taking into account of the needs of visa applicants, the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in Strasbourg will resume its activities from March 2, 2023. The new provisions are as follows:

1, Business hours: From Monday to Friday (public holidays excepted),09:00-13:00 for submission,09:00-16:00 for collection.

2, Processing time: At the moment the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in Strasbourg provides only regular service (6 working days) and postal return service (10 working days).

3, Application procedure: Please visit the website of Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Strasbourg https://www.visaforchina.cn/SXB2_EN/ and fill in the Chinese Visa Application Form online (Quick Access – visa). Make an appointment with the application form number following the system instructions. Submit the application with all the required documents at the Chinese Visa Centre in Strasbourg (19 Rue du Fossé des Treize 67000 Strasbourg) at the chosen date and time.

4, From March 2, 2023, various VIP service offers will be proposed:

Offer 1: Skipping the queue + Possibility to supplement missing application documents until 3 p.m. of the next working day (visa application only) + Free access to printing and photocopy services (less than 10 pages)  + Personalized guidance and consulting service

Offer 2: Extended service time + Free access to printing and photocopy services (less than 10 pages) + Personalized guidance and consulting service

Offer 3: Assisting to fill in the Application form + Free access to printing and photocopy services (less than 10 pages) + Personalized guidance and consulting service

Offer 4: Submission without appointment + Skipping the queue + Personalized guidance and consulting service

Fee for VIP services: 66 euros (tax included) per application. The usual visa fee and service fee are not included.
