Please follow the steps to edit your form

1.     1.Click the link https://bio.visaforchina.org/YTO2_EN/, choose “quick access—visa”

2.     2.Select “new application form”, then “agree” to enter the main page.

3.     3. Select “Toronto”, then click the last one “Start a new form with personal information based on previously completed applications”

4.    4. Enter your “passport number” and “application number” to retrieve your form.

 *The first three letters of the application form are “YTO”.

5.     5.After modifying your form, please reprint the whole new form. You cannot just print the page you edited.
