Process Modification for Visa Application
From Dec. 13th, 2018，a new process of application will be implemented at Chinese Visa Application Service Center (Toronto)
Ⅰ. New Process of Visa Application
a.
Submission
Check-in | Applicants need to submit passports for scanning and take on-site photos ( for security use ). Then you will get a ticket at Counter 1 - 4.
↓
Counter | Submit your application form and profile. You will get a Payment Notice and a ticket to Cashier. Collection of applicants’ all ten fingerprints is needed from Jan. 1st, 2019.
↓
Cashier | Finish the payment of visa
fee and service fee then you can get your Pick up
Form.
b. Delivery
Check-in | Go to Counter 17 / 18.
↓
Delivery | With your Pick up Form to get your
passport and receipt.
Ⅱ. Good to Know
a. Pay at First Visit
Payment must be
finished before you get the Pick up Form.
b. Fingerprints Collection and Incoming Mail Service
In accordance with the notification issued by the Chinese Embassy and Consulates-general in Canada, applicants’ all ten fingerprints shall be captured at our Counter. If you are exempt from fingerprint collection, you can submit your application by mail.
c. New Application Form from Dec. 17th, 2018
Click the Quick Access on our webpage and you will see Visa button. Study the preface, finish the new application form, print the full Application Form , bring all the documents and welcome to Chinese Visa Application Service Center!
