Important Notes After Receiving the Approval Email

Once you receive email confirmation that your online review is completed, please sign in to your account. You need to review the Consulate-General’s instructions regarding which original documents to bring to your appointment, and ensure you have a complete application documents.

A. If you see any relevant notification in the above screen, please prepare to bring the following documents to the site:

1） The documents mentioned in the “Additional reminders from the consul ”;

2） The confirmation email indicating your application has passed review;

3） The applicant's original passport;

4） A physical photograph meeting the visa requirements;

5） Your previous Chinese visa (either the original or a clear copy).

B. If you do not see any relevant notification in the above screen (as shown in the image below), please prepare to bring the following documents to the site:
