Starting from November 20, 2023,  online appointment for visa application is no longer required. Applicants can submit their applications directly to Vancouver Chinese Visa Application Service Center. The process is as follows:

Step 1. Applicants log on to the website of Vancouver  Chinese Visa Application Service Center, fill out the visa application form online, download and print the full application form, sign on the confirmation page and the last page.

Step 2. Submit the application with the application form and other required documents to Vancouver Chinese Visa Application Service Center.

For anyone who has already booked appointment, you can still choose to come to Visa Center to process your application as scheduled.

After the new arrangement for visa application, there may be more applicants on-site and longer queue time during the peak hours. Applicants are kindly advised to avoid peak hours.

For all applicants, please line up. Reception will deliver waiting numbers based on your kind of status.(Scheduled, Walk-in, Travel agency).
