From Dec. 14th, 2018， a new process of application will be implemented at Chinese Visa Application Center (Calgary).
Ⅰ. New Process of Visa Application
a. Submission
Check-in | Applicants need to submit passports for scanning and take on-site photos. Then you will get a ticket to Counters.
↓
Counter | Submit your application form and profile. You will get a Payment Notice and a ticket to Cashier. Collection of applicants’ all ten fingerprints is needed from Jan. 1st, 2019.
↓
Cashier | Finish the payment of visa fee and service fee then you can get your Pickup Form.
b. Delivery
Pick up Number | Get a ticket at the Self-service machine.
↓
Delivery | Get your passport and receipt.
Ⅱ. New Process of Authentication
a. Submission
Pick up Number | Get a ticket at the Self-service machine. No need to make an appointment.
↓
Counter | Submit your profile. And you will get a Payment Notice and a ticket to Cashier.
↓
Cashier | Finish the payment of Authentication fee and service fee then you can get the Pickup Form.
b. Delivery
Pick up Number | Get a ticket at the Self-service machine.
↓
Delivery | Get your passport and receipt.
Ⅲ. Good to Know
a. Pay at First Visit
Payment must be finished before you get the Pickup Form.
b. Incoming Mail Service Application Cancelled
You need to submit the profile for application in person. And delivery by mail is still available.（need to prepare Canada Post return envelope）
c. New Application Form from Dec. 17th, 2018
Click the Quick Access on our webpage and you will see Online Application Form button. Study the preface, finish the form, make an appointment, print the application form and the appointment form, bring them and welcome to Chinese Visa Application Center!
d. Fingerprints Collection
In accordance with the notification issued by the Chinese Embassy and Consulates in Canada, applicants’ all ten fingerprints shall be captured when at our Counter.
