Procedure for legalization application

(1). The documents shall be first notarized or certificated by local Notary Public or other authorities in Nigeria. 
(2). The notarizations or certifications need to be authenticated by Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nigeria. 
(3). The authenticated documents shall be submitted to the China Visa Application Center in Abuja for consular legalization by the Chinese Embassy in Nigeria.
