No, it doesn’t. The Visa center is a commercial service organization registered in accordance with local laws and regulations and recognized by a Chinese Embassy or Consulate-General to handle the daily routine work of processing ordinary visa applications. However, it operates independently of diplomatic missions and is neither a branch nor an affiliated organ. Please note that the Visa Center does not participate in the assessment or approval of Chinese visas.

To improve the efficiency of applying for the Chinese visa and help to the personnel exchanges, According to the Chinese Embassy in Nepal, Chinese visa application service center will cancel visa appointment from Dec 17th,2023. Applicants can submit their visa applications directly to our center with the online-filled application form and supporting documents during work hour(Monday to Friday 9:00-15:00). Considering the possibility of a large numbers of applicants during certain time periods, it's recommended to arrange the time and avoid peak hour(normally on Monday and Tuesday from 10 to 12 a.m). In addition, our VIP2 service will change from "Appointment-free" to "Queue up free" from then on. Welcome to choose according to your demand.
