Notice On Updating Chinese Visa Policy
According to the further optimization of the visa policy for foreigners traveling to China on Aug14th, 2023 ,We adjust the process and documents required for Chinese visa as below:

Ⅱ. Visa Application
1.Online application form please see this link
Note:
- Please make sure the passport number you filled in the online form is correct, otherwise you may fail to check and manage your application form online.
- Applicants should complete the application form with correct and real information, and will take full legal responsibility for the authenticity. Any false or incomplete information provided by the applicant, or any use of somebody else’s photo, will be considered as visa fraud and will result in visa rejection or refusal of entry.
2. Submit your documents

a)If you meet
requirement for fingerprint exemption, you may authorize someone else to submit
your application on your behalf. For details, please refer to this link
If you are required to have your fingerprints collected, please visit the center to submit your documents and have your fingerprints taken. For details, please refer to this link.
b)Before submission, please make sure all of your documents are completeand follow order as below to make the process easier.
Printed photo (if unable to upload on the website) - Passport (including previous passports within the last five years) - Application form - Passport Photo copies - Supporting documents.
All visa types need to provide basic materials as follows:
- Passport and old passport
within 5 years.
- Photocopy of passport: information page, signature page, endorsement page (usually on the fourth or fifth page), previous Chinese visa page (if any)
- Visa Application Form
(including the confirmation page)
- Printed photo (please refer to this link for requirements)
- proof of kinship
(such as copy of birth certificate or family card)
- Copies of
parents' passports or ID cards (front and back, copied on one page)
- Letter of consent
from parents who are not accompanying the applicant, including the applicant's
travel dates and contact information of the parents.
*For all visa
types, citizens from third-country should provide：
- legal documentation
such as Indonesian visas、residence permits or
other valid certificates of legal stay in Indonesia.

L Visa (with basic documents above mention,also require files as below)
- Documents showing the itinerary including air ticket booking record(round trip)
-Proof of a hotel reservation OR an invitation letter for tourist issued by a relevant unit or individual in China. Please see this link to know more detail about L type Invitation Letter.
M/F Visa(with basic documents above mention,also require files as below)
- Invitation letter（please click this link for detailed information）
- If travel expenses are borne by the hiring company,sponsorship letter is required.
Q/S Visa(with basic documents above mention,also require files as below)
- Invitation letter or other documents for humanitarian reasons（please click this link for detailed information）
- For Q type visa:a copy of ID card from inviter (both card sides in one page),
- For S type visa: inviter’s passport data page , inviter’s residence permit in China
- The certificate of kinship (original and copy of certificate for Q1 and S1, copy of certificate for Q2 and S2).
*If you apply
for a Q1/S1 visa for the first time with a kinship issued in Indonesia , the
certificate should be legalized or submit Apostille.
*If you apply
for a Q/S visa with a certificate of kinship issued by a third country, the
certificate should be legalized by the Chinese embassy or consulate in that
third country or Apostille issued by that third country.
X Visa(with basic documents above mention,also require files as below)
- For X1 visa, JW 201/202 and Admission Notice (original and copy)
- For X2 visa, Admission Notice (original and copy), JW 201/202 (if available)
Z Visa(with basic documents above mention,also require files as below)
-Working permit/otherapproval letter from China relevant department
G Visa(with basic documents above mention,also require files as below)
- For transit through China, an onward air (train or ship) ticket with confirmed date and seat to the destination country or region
- For crewman, invitation letter from Chinese company and guarantee letter from employer
- Letter of Employment
- sponsor letter from employee company

C Visa(with basic documents above mention,also require files as below)
- An invitation letter issued by a relevant unit in China
- A sponsor letter from the Employer
- Business license of the airline company
- Flight itinerary
- Crew member list, pilot license and crew ID

J Visa(with basic documents above mention,also require files as below)
- For J1 visa, a visa notice issued by the Information Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China and an official authorization letter issued by the media organization.
- For J2 visa, a visa notice issued by the Information Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China or other Chinese authorized department and an official authorization letter issued by the media organization.
R Visa(with basic documents above mention,also require files as below)
- Relevant Certificate documents issued by Chinese authorities prove applicant meets the requirements of high-level talents and personnel with special skills urgently needed by China
D Visa(with basic documents above mention,also require files as below)
- Confirmation Form
for Alien Permanent Residence Status issued by the Ministry of Public
Security of China (original and copy)
NOTE:
*If necessary, the consular officer may require the applicant to provide other proof documents or require an interview with the applicant.
*The consular officer will decide on whether or not to issue the visa and on its validity, duration of stay and number of entries in light of specific conditions of the applicant.
4. Payment
We accept cash and debit card ( BCA only).

5. Collection
You will receive a Pick-up Form after making your payment. You may collect your passport from the scheduled date written on the Pick-up Form. Collection date may be postponed for special circumstances.
You may collect your document on your own or entrust someone to help you. A power of attorney is not requested, as the original Pick-up Form is the only valid evidence to collect your passport.

Ⅲ. Please be advised:
1. Please keep a safe distance while waiting and make sure you wear the mask all the time.
2. In the case of Z、X1、Q1、S1、J1 visa, the passport validity may be different.
3. It is not allowed to use your phone, tablet or other electronic devices in our office unless it is requested.
