Welcome to the Intelligent Customer Service of Frankfurt Visa Application Center (hereinafter referred to as "the Center"). Before using this service, please carefully review the following disclaimer. If you disagree with any terms herein, please refrain from using the Intelligent Customer Service.
1、 服务性质与限制
智能客服旨在为您提供签证申请流程中的基本咨询服务，主要提供如下服务：申请材料准备、流程指导等常见问题解答。智能客服不处理紧急事务，也不承担法律文书撰写或其他专业法律服务。其回复基于预设算法和既定规则生成，仅供签证申请人参考，不构成专业法律建议。用户不应依赖智能客服作为唯一的信息来源，建议在必要时寻求独立的专业法律咨询。签证申请人依据此信息办理签证申请时，需自行承担相应风险。服务期限自用户首次使用智能客服服务之日起至用户完成签证申请流程之日止，或至智能客服系统停止运行之日止。
1. Nature and Limitations of Service
The Intelligent Customer Service is designed to provide basic advisory support for visa application procedures, including but not limited to guidance on document preparation, process clarification, and responses to frequently asked questions. This service does not handle emergencies, legal document drafting, or professional legal consultations. Responses are generated based on preset algorithms and predefined rules and are intended for reference purposes only. They do not constitute professional legal advice. Users shall not rely solely on the Intelligent Customer Service as their exclusive information source and are advised to seek independent legal counsel when necessary. Applicants assume all risks associated with acting on information provided by this service. The service period commences upon the user's first interaction with the Intelligent Customer Service and terminates upon completion of the visa application process or cessation of the system’s operation.
2、 信息准确性与完整性
尽管本中心致力于确保智能客服提供信息的准确性，但签证政策可能随时变动，智能客服无法保证信息的绝对实时性和完整性。因此，建议申请人在办理签证申请前自行核实相关政策信息。申请人依据智能客服建议办理签证申请时，需自行承担因信息变动而导致的任何风险和损失。然而，我们将尽力保持信息的最新状态。此外，申请人在提交签证申请前应主动核实所有关键申请信息，以确保其准确性和最新性。
2. Accuracy and Completeness of Information
While the Center strives to ensure the accuracy of information provided by the Intelligent Customer Service, visa policies may change without prior notice. The Center cannot guarantee absolute timeliness or comprehensiveness of the information. Applicants are strongly advised to independently verify relevant policies before proceeding with their visa applications. The Center shall not be liable for any risks, losses, or consequences arising from reliance on the service’s information. Nevertheless, we endeavor to maintain up-to-date information. Applicants must verify all critical application details prior to submission to ensure accuracy and currency.
3、 责任限制
本中心已尽最大努力确保所提供信息的准确性，但不对因使用智能客服服务导致的特定损失承担责任，如申请失败、延误等。如因用户提供虚假信息或其他不当行为导致的任何损失或不利后果，均由用户自行承担。签证申请人应自行评估并承担使用智能客服服务的风险，并自行核实相关信息。为了增强客户信任，本中心将尽力提供额外的帮助或指引，以协助申请人解决问题。若智能客服出现技术故障、数据错误等问题，本中心将尽力及时修复，但不保证服务的持续无中断与完全精准。对于因程序错误导致的问题，本中心将尽力修复；而对于由外部攻击（如黑客入侵、网络攻击等）引起的故障，本中心不承担任何责任，且不保证此类故障能够被及时修复。同时，本中心将采取合理措施尽量减少技术故障的发生，以维护客户满意度。签证申请人应自行承担因技术故障或数据错误导致的任何风险和后果，包括但不限于签证申请延误或失败。
3. Limitation of Liability
The Center has made reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information provided but assumes no liability for specific losses incurred through the use of the Intelligent Customer Service, including but not limited to visa application rejections, delays, or related consequences. Users shall bear full responsibility for losses or adverse outcomes resulting from false information or misconduct. Applicants must independently assess risks associated with using this service and verify all relevant information. To enhance trust, the Center will endeavor to provide additional assistance or guidance to resolve issues. In the event of technical malfunctions, data inaccuracies, or similar issues, the Center will make reasonable efforts to rectify them promptly but does not guarantee uninterrupted service or absolute precision. The Center shall not be liable for failures caused by external attacks (e.g., hacking, cyberattacks) and does not warrant immediate resolution of such incidents. The Center will implement reasonable measures to minimize technical disruptions to ensure client satisfaction. Applicants assume all risks and consequences arising from technical failures or data inaccuracies, including but not limited to visa application delays or rejections.
4、 隐私保护
使用智能客服过程中，您提供的个人信息将仅用于本次咨询服务，本中心承诺严格保密，除法律法规规定的机构或获得您明确同意的特定第三方外，本中心不会向其他任何单位或个人泄露您的个人信息。咨询记录将在签证办理周期结束后30天内予以删除。
4. Privacy Protection
Personal information provided during your use of the Intelligent Customer Service will be used solely for the purpose of this consultation. The Center commits to keeping such information strictly confidential and will not disclose it to any third party except as required by law or with your explicit consent. Consultation records will be deleted within 30 days after the completion of the visa application process.
5、 适用法律
本免责声明适用【当地】法律。任何争议提交相应管辖法院解决。
5. Governing Law
This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of [Jurisdiction].

一、签证中心的设立背景
近年来，随着中国改革开放的不断深化和全球化的不断发展，中外人员往来日趋频繁，赴华签证申请量急剧增加。为便利中外人员往来，中国驻外使领馆采取了很多措施改进签证服务质量，但受到人员、场地等诸多客观条件限制，仍未能达到理想状况。近年来，世界上不少国家的驻外使领馆也面临着同样的问题，并引入签证申请中心为申请人提供更加全面、高效的服务。因此，一些签证量较大的中国驻外使领馆决定引入签证申请中心这一新的模式。
截至目前，我们已相继在欧洲、亚洲、大洋洲和北美洲设立了数十个中国签证申请服务中心（以下简称“签证中心”），为申请中国签证的各国人士提供优质服务。
二、签证中心的服务范围
签证中心是依照驻在国的法律注册、运营的服务性商业机构，也是经中国使领馆认可并提供与中国普通签证申请相关的事务性服务的机构。但它不是中国使领馆的延伸机构，不具有官方性质。其主要职责如下：
（一）接待申请人，按照使领馆要求整理各类签证申请材料。
（二）为申请人提供有关中间事务性服务，包括基本信息录入、在签证中心和使领馆之间传递护照、签证和申请人资料等。
（三）按照使领馆的要求代收代缴签证费、签证加急费或特急费，代使领馆把护照与签证发还给申请人。
（四）及时按使领馆要求发布有关签证信息，并通过网站、接待大厅咨询台、咨询电话和电子信箱等，回答申请人咨询，提供相关帮助。
（五）根据使领馆要求为申请人提供其它必要服务。
三、签证中心的服务优势
（一）地理位置优越。为方便申请人前来签证中心递交签证申请，签证中心一般设在交通便利的市区高档写字楼内。
（二）充分利用网络技术。签证中心充分利用先进的网络技术，开设网站，提供详细的申请信息以及网上咨询、网上填表、网上状态查询等服务。
（三）申请人等候时间短。签证中心在接待大厅设置叫号机，同时提供网上预约申请服务，能够有效缩短申请人在签证中心的等候时间，确保良好的秩序和优质的服务。
（四）人性化服务。签证中心坚持以人为本的服务理念。接待大厅开设足够多的窗口，并安排专人负责引导申请人，提供现场咨询服务。为旅行社、残疾人等特殊服务对象安排专门窗口。在接待大厅内设接待室，以接待贵宾或其他有特殊需求的申请人。另外，签证中心还通过宣传折页、张贴画等方式，为申请人提供办证须知，利用电话、传真、邮件等方式回复有关中国签证申请的咨询。
（五）接受邮寄申请。许多签证中心还从当地实际情况出发，提供邮寄申请服务，以满足交通不便的申请人的需求。
（六）实时监控服务质量。签证中心的业务处理和综合管理系统目前已实现全球网络化管理，可实时监控各签证中心的运行情况和服务水平，实时提供业务和技术支持，处理各类紧急状况。
四、签证中心的运营公司
本签证中心由在德国注册的China Visa Service Center（Germany）GmbH 公司负责具体运营。签证中心的运营将严格遵守当地的法律法规。
五、签证中心的商标
签证中心所使用的 
和 
标识系在德国依法核准注册登记的注册商标，受德国相关法律和法规的保护。任何人不得以任何方式侵犯商标权人所享有的商标专用权。
