It is recommended that you apply for a Chinese visa one month before your intended travel date, but no earlier than three months in advance. When applying for a Chinese visa, please follow the steps below and plan your application timeline according to your travel arrangements:

1. After completing registration, fill out and submit the application form.

2. After submitting the application online, please wait patiently for the online review result. During this period, monitor your email and order status closely.

3. Once you receive the Visa Application Certificate, proceed to the Visa Centre to submit your Passport and make the payment.

4. After submitting your passport, please allow 3 to 8 business days for visa processing. Please note: For applicants who submitted their passports between April 10 and April 22, the passport collection date will be postponed. Please check the website regularly for updates on the exact collection time.

5. Finally, collect your passport from the Visa Centre by presenting the original Pickup Form.

If your inviting organization is a Chinese company, in Section 6.2A of the application form, do not fill in the name of the inviting organization. Instead, enter the 统一社会信用代码 as stated on the organization’s business license.
