I.Notice On Mid-Autumn Festival Holiday

Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Osaka will be closed on September 25 (Friday) and from October 1 (Thursday) to October 5 (Monday), 2026 due to Mid-Autumn Festival Holiday and Chinese National Day . It opens as usually on October 6 (Tuesday). Therefore visa application and pickup date will be adjusted as follows.

II.Online Chinese Visa Application Procedure

According to the notice from the Cansulate of the People’s Republic of China in Osaka, starting from June 30, 2025, applicants are required to complete the Online Visa Application Form and upload supporting documents through the website of the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Osaka.

After the online review has been approved, applicants should bring the “Visa Application Certificate” to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Osaka to submit their passport and other required documents, and make the payment. No appointment is required.
